SpamCop has disabled its former capability to send email without
revealing an email address. I reply only in the newsgroup.

When I type in "defaults write com.apple.mail EnableBundles YES " the terminal returns an error "defaults: Command not found." I'm using OS X version 10.2.6. Any ideas?

That software has nothing to do with spamcop.net. You could try
discussing it in the spamcop.geeks newsgroup, to which I have set
followups.
