that it lives in the ValuAdd folder as Nbf.sys & Netnbf.inf - so it
clearly isn't available as a dl from MS as it is a "value added" feature
on the "real" package.
That's one of those things you get from your friends because you
"should" be able to have it.
Interestingly, here's a post telling someone how to do it without
netbeui when they were asking for the files because of the same problem:
