[SpamCop-Geeks] Spyware that won't go away!

One of the ladies here at work has a computer with some sort of spyware
which she can't seem to get rid of... and every time her kids get on the
computer, a porn site pops up, it seems...
Anyone know what might be causing this? I've had her run Ad-Aware 6.0 and
it's still there. Then again, she may not be running it correctly. 
As always I know there's not really enough info to make a diagnoses... but
she says it's something that's actually installed in her computer and
every time it gets uninstalled, it comes right back, she says... Any
suggestions?
