I agree.  The problem with spamfighters giving it their 'blessing' and
simply 'conditioning' that the bogus forgery bounce feature should be
disabled is that tens of thousands of less knowledgeable others are
influenced by such newsgroups as 24hoursupport.helpdesk and other
nonspecific groups.  Then those people go to the website and are
bombarded by the hype of the developers to use the bogus forgery and
aren't savvy enough to disable it.

Then, the net effect of spamfighters who use and support MailWasher is
to result in more and more improper bogus bouncing.  So, even if they
don't use the feature themselves, their support results in a very bad
effect.  Over a million MailWashers have been downloaded.

I don't think you can be 'neutral' on MailWasher's developer's continued
promotion of bogus bouncing.  I think it is a spam support feature and
the site should be classified as a spam support site.
