I know this isn't specifically what you need, but as an example I am a
little familiar with "Cyber Cafe" software similar to this
http://www.cybermonitor.net. The advantage to this type of software is that
you can monitor all traffic, create encrypted connections, and even block
specific connections - for example you could block playboy.com.
I am also familiar with http://www.winproxy.com which can do quite a bit,
but not sure how useful it is for "spying". It does utilize a cache and has
many nice blocking features.
I've never used spyware but I have seen demos of it, I don't recall who
makes it. Of course we don't want the brand that comes as a "gift" in your
eMail ;-)
