For many years we shipped books (mail order book store) via USPS.
Those priority fixed fee envelopes were great - anything you could cram into
the envelope and seal it went for the fixed fee.
With delivery confirmation, we were refunded the extra fee if we did not get
the USPS confirmation (got confirmation from the recipient.)
Foreign delivery was also great, I think only one book was lost in over ten
years of service.
