[SC-Help] New filtering failing badly

All of a sudden, spam is getting through SpamCop.

I get some spam, I wonder why I got it, I show the full headers and send it back to SpamCop, a few minutes later I get a redirect via e-mail, I follow the link and see that SpamCop on second thought *would have* blocked the mail because of an open relay, a broken chain, whatever.

But... so... why didn't the message get held to begin with?

I want a refund.. this is now nothing more than a major inconvenience and a minor waste of time! What happened, Julian? Sell out??
