For the what it's worth department, here's an update from Spamcop admin, please no more "help" I've had enough "advice" and hopefully can try to get back to business - I'll never think of spam the same again....thanks

The complaints are about spam coming from xx.xx.xxx.xx.xx  It has nothing to do
with you.  You simply happen to be using the same mail server that they're
letting the spammer use.

You might want to use one of the free services to get mail to your client. 
Sneakemail.com is a good one.

xx.xx.xxx.xx is a server named xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx  It's the machine your mail
goes out from.  I can see it in the headers of your message to me.

It belongs to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This is the admin info for that particular machine.
