The short answer is: You can't! My father got the same spam on
his Yahoo address - using his own address - which got him to
freak out! :-)

But there are definitely a few things you can do to avoid getting
more spam than necesarry!
1) Don't use your "private" address when posting in Usenet
   newgroups. Use a throwaway account, e.g. another Yahoo-account.
2) Report as much spam as possible to the ISP's involved in the
   spam.
3) Use SpamCop or other mail blocking systems.

which is hosted by - uh uh - spam - well don't
expect this site to go down anytime soon! Or am I wrong? My
browser timeouts when trying to open the site!?! Ah no, SamSpade
is able to extract the following from the site:

The mailserver with the IP-address 217.195.96.131 was used to
send out this spam. It is hosted by s.lazareff
which I also suspect don't take that much notice of spamreports.

The unsubscribe e-mail address banzai2191 is hosted
by HotMail, but it may be fake so don't report it.
