The only person having any control over the domain used in the "From:" field
is the spammer. Unfortunately, you have no power over that at all.
As far as reporting is concerned, you can always alert the admin of the
originating network (assuming they're not black-hat like level3.com or
verio.net). Failing that you can always go to the upstream provider. This
being said, bear in mind the following:
1) You're larting admins because the spammer is spamming, not because your
domain name is being (ab)used.
2) Nothing will happen to you other than receiving a truckload of bounces
and some complaints from clueless victims because a spammer is using your
domain name.
