Strike that.   I was able to get one message through a few minutes
ago.   Multiple emails sent after that went no where.  They didn't
bounce, they weren't delivered (and they also aren't in my Held Mail
queue identified as spam)...

So I'm back to where I was - or someone is working on it causing my
intermittent delivery to cqmail.net...
