Another item on this sidetrack.  Once upon a time spamcop notified
[first gave a default checked notify, then a default unchecked notify,
then not anything] the providers for the /email addies/ named as a
remove addy in a spam.  It was determined that that was a waste of
time - that for the most part the addy wasn't 'real' - ie that it wasn't
a harvesting address, it was actually just a 'throwaway' bone to pretend
that there was a remove.  Some spammers seem to think they are supposed
to say there is a remove even if there isn't, so rather than putting any
kind of 'real' remove they just put 'anything' - dead addy, dead
website, whatever.
