If I manually parse this link:

even stranger, when I user report them, abuse at cais.com goes through but
abuse at pccwbtn.com says no user reports accepted!

Anyone make any sense of this ?

The routing for the latter comes up with sajwani at pccwbtn.com who I will
LART, I guess!
