Now Full Reporting some and JHD'ing the rest.

I just sent an advice email to Telstra (copied in deputies), giving
links and quoting some of Mike Easter's explanatory text.  I wouldn't
hold my breath waiting for Telstra to re-configure, though.  They give
new meaning to the word "inertia".

It looks like a range of their servers are misconfigured.  I now see
that 144.140.71.25 [and .26] [and .27] - so far - are all like this.
Maybe they're installing a batch of new servers.
