My long forgotton Deutsch tells me it is some kind of Neo-Nazi crap.

I figure he's into retribution.... I know this is prolly bad Netiquitte, 
but all traffic from his MX bounces back to either him or his ISP, with 
a custom error message noting the forgeries, etc... Might just brush off 
that dusty Deutsche Sprache and refer to him as (Herr) R. Schluck (its a 
  sound-alike to a body part, "auf Deutsch" :)

I'm just having fun now... if I was annoyed, I'd add him to my Roundfile.
