[SC-Help] How to release Held mail based on Subject line?

I want to, in effect, whitelist mail that has a certain string in the
subject line. I've tried setting a filter rule for this, but there's no
"release" among the action options. Is there a way?

I'm not even sure the filter feature is meant for this. I don't retrieve
mail at my SC Inbox. I just check my Held Mail for false positives from time
to time. "Forwarding" the email is not a very good alternative; I want to
Release it. And automatically really whitelisting the sender in the process
is *definitely* NOT desired.
