[SC-Help] Why does Spamcop use wrong reporting email when it has correct one?

Have seen quite a few lately. Just found an ISP response from March that I missed 
before, makes my point:

SC sez:

whiich is BIZARRE!

SC HAS the correct email but then corrupts it.

The ISP response:

The address that you complain about , 193.126.133.227, is "reselled" to the
IOL ISP in Portugal. Please resend your complaint to:

abuse-iol at kpnqwest.pt
