This means that your ISP is blocking your PC at IP Address 144.139.33.235
from sending any mail whatsoever using your OE Mail Account
'mail.bigpond.com' because your IP Address is listed by MAPS' RBL+. MAPS is
not SpamCop. Next time, please plug in your IP Address at
http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup and follow the resulting
instructions.

According to http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup?144.139.33.235 , your
IP Address 144.139.33.235 is listed by MAPS' Open Proxy Stopper (OPS), which
is part of RBL+. This listing indicates that your PC is running an Open
Proxy. Please see http://www3.mail-abuse.org/ops/enduser.html or
http://www.fr1.documents.cyberabuse.org/docs/fixop.htm or for help with
this.

Also, per drbcheck at http://moensted.dk/spam/?addr=144.139.33.235 ,
"144.139.33.235 was found in 11 lists (of 258 tested)".
