As usual, here I go again.  Primary support for the
e-mail side of the house is over in the Forums.  And,
this particular issue has two, maybe three Topic / threads
on this particular scenario ... stuff is so time-scattered and
some "descriptions" are so "different" (yet deal with the
same thing) that I've not combined them into a single
item .. but what's needed is a few more folks to put
their heads together over there and continue with the
stringing together of data points to try to help isolate
this.  There are a couple of suggestions, and a few
more questions, as I recall .... Check the E-Mail
Forums for this issue ...
