I have a disapointing transcript of a conversation with them. I don't have 
a problem with their firewall, but why the web features can't be enabled 
for just one browser is beyond me. And they refuse to admit there is a bug 
when I clearly point it out.
Look at the source of a web page with Zonealarm on, then look again with it 
off, and you'll see how it modifies, I think, every page.
