thank you all for your patience.. i would not have posted this "problem"
here in the forum if i did not think that it was an issue with the spamcop
webpage, since i had already tried every way i knew to get my ie browser to
"accept" the spamcop cookie.. i seem to have the "problem" resolved.. :)
