That concept isn't spelled out exactly so on the faq page.

The faq page sez don't do that.  It also sez use tracking urls.

"No spam. Please do not post copies of spam or other commercials except
in the spamcop.spam group specifically designated for it. SpamCop
provides "tracking URL"s for posting spam samples. Please use them. "

often contains de-obfuscation 'workshops'
