I would report these to your customer service representatives.

Standard computer security procedures are to notify users before sending 
them test messages.

Receipt of unsolicited test messages indicate either an error in proper 
operating procedures or a security failure.

If a mail server claims to have received the messages from a 
non-routable I.P. address, then it indicates that something at your ISP 
is allowing either on purpose or by mistake.

If you are running a platform that is vulnerable to buffer overflow or 
other exploits, please make sure that you are up to date on your 
security patches.
