I believed Merlyn answered your original post - that is, the IP address
that is being used to send your email is also being used to send email
to addresses that have never asked for any email (aka spamtraps), and
indeed have been set up to 'catch' spammers undeniably sending
unsolicited email.

Although it is not your fault that your outgoing email is 'using' the
same IP address as a spammer, it is (indirectly) the fault of your ISP -
and as one of their customers (and potentially ex-customers!) you have
the most weight with them where it really counts - i.e., money.

This 'branch' of the thread was more of a 'sociological' comment (and
inference) on how people often arrive at spamcop.help feeling frustrated
& annoyed, using 'blue' language, asking what the hell is going on.
Whilst these may be natural feelings & reactions in the circumstances,
people like Merlyn who have the technical knowledge & experience to help
answer people's frustrations have seen a lot of this anger and rudeness.
