Thinking that if an answer was really wanted, just a little bit
of "looking around" in here would have occurred by now,
resulting in the light going on and a Tracking URL of a
specific problem submittal would have been provided
by now. There are many things that can cause the
error message provided. Which of those many
issues can't be pointed as happening to your
submittals can't be predicted, guessed, or
approached without seeing exactly what your
spam submittal looks like.
