You could try going through the channels listed in the FAQ to
contact one of the two people that handle such things.  And
just which of the two depends on what type of account you
are trying to pay for.  I'm guessing that it's probably the
flat-rate filtered e-mail thing, so that'd be JT .. as I
recollect, one of the drop down options on a web-form
contact page even has an option/subject line that deals
with account status and money stuff.  BTW: it's been
quite a while since he's made his presence known "here"
