Replying to the complaint should get your message to the person that
reported it. The message goes through a blind redirector and is
forwarded to the reporter. I report about 100 spam emails per day and
only get a response from the ISP involved about once every 6 months or
so, but the mechanism does work.

That said, the reporter has no obligation to supply you with additional
information. You should be able to track the message source by looking
at the headers sent to you. If you're looking for the email address
involved in order to listwash, you're probably not going to get it.

If you are getting rejects when trying to reply to the report, try
writing to deputies >at< admin.spamcop.net and asking for the
information you think you need.
