FWIW, I checked that I was willing to receive all replies including
auto acks.  For some ISPs I still never received anything.
However, if I manually sent them a report, I would receive an
autoack.  So it may be possible for the ISP to filter out spamcop
reports so that they do not receive an auto ack.  And the more I
think about it, I doubt that autoacks get permanently blocked
because the reporter does have the option to check the switch on
and off.
