[SC-Help] Subscription Expiration Date and Contact ?

I'd like to contact someone at SpamCop to find out when my subscription 
expires. Is there an email address I can use to contact SpamCop directly 
(I don't see one on their site)? I'd also like to know of what value the 
reporting time is to me, and, finally, I only use the program to report 
spam, and see I have an ever decreasing amount of space available. What 
is being saved in that space?
