Guess it's because you didn't try following the last "suggestion" ...???

Both contain the same reference data for problems that seem to
be outside the 'norm' .....

Bottom line ... there are but a few folks with the required access
to deal with problems with the MailHost configuration of a reporting
account.  Julian asked that MailHost stuff be handled in the Forum.
I finally convinced JT that it needed its own Forum section as the
original single Topic was getting too massive.  Ellen has been the most
visible of the Deputies in the support role on the MailHost issues.
