A question like this would be so much easier to
be sure of providing a correct response if you
had included just what FAQ entry you were
looking at ... from the phrasing, I'd guess that
you were looking at information for an ISP/Admin
about receiving a report .... and as such, that
"address" is an alphanumeric type of construction
that would be used for the ISP to Reply to, which
would send that e-mail to the SpamCop system ...
and that Reply would then be Forwarded to the e-mail
account you registered with.
But again, just a best guess ...
