It looks to me like SC and other deobfuscators and browsers and GET
functions resolve both of those the same way with and without the <> and
the angle bracket contents thereof.

That is, that's what happens when I put them into the SC parser nakedly.
If you have some other result for a tracker, you should be talking here
about the tracker or trackers instead of the isolated url/s.
