Not exactly... try this:

1). login and click on "Past Reports" tab.
2). click on link "View recent reports"
3). find the item and click on the report #
(looks like this:  1570792830  where the URL is
http://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=gettrack&reportid=1570792830)
4). Find link marked "Parse" which is anchored to the parse tracker
as looks like:
http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z834404702z3dc61c6ae47176feb4bd7f2761cd7b37z
