[SC-Help] Mailhost configuration - problems

I have a Spamcop email address and am wondering about their Mailhost 
configuration initiative.  I forward mail to Spamcop from other 
mailhosts.  The project makes sense, but when I tried to configure my 
spamcop email address, I got this error

Source IP not found.

Your email host does not appear to correctly identify the sending IP of
the email you receive.

The source IP was Spamcop!
