Shows as a pretty shade of green here. :)

The autoresponder messages are sent in plain text, not HTML, so any
colouring and other decoration is being done locally by OE. OE inherits much
from Internet Explorer, so your first port of call should be IE's colour
options (Tools/Internet Options.../General/Colors...)
