The easiest way to discuss a spam is to post its tracker in a discussion
group.  Below is a tracker and its environment for the spam you posted,
copied from the top of the parse of that spam.

SC determines the source, finds the url but can't resolve it, and
declines to report because the spam is too old.

The age is determined from your own provider's timestamp Thu, 7 Jul 2005
