[SC-Help] Need Support to recover lost e-mail

My wife was downloading email from spamcop yesterday when the computer 
crashed, HARD. She saw a number of new messages right before the crash, bug 
after restarting there was nothing. I checked her account via WebMail and 
the messages were gone, downloaded.

Is there any way the SpamCop team could help us recover those messages?
