[SC-Help] A newbie question

For submission of Spam to SC, I send a msg to

submit.K8gPGx9JE2qJ7NSV at spam.spamcop.net.

It contains the full headers and body of msg AFAIK. I keep receiving 
msgs from SC that there were no headers and could not proceed.

What am I doing wrong if anything?
