Oh, I see.  Being listed on njabl proxies is important because it lists
you on spamhaus's XBL and spamhaus is very popular, as John sed.

If you got him off that njabl, he comes off the SBL-XBL.  That is very
good and could enable getting thru' some previous spamfilters.

When I first looked up the IP, I saw the njabl, but I didn't see
spamhaus, but now that I think on it, maybe spamhaus timed out on that
lookup.
