There are ways to confirm that objectively, as it could be true -- you 
didn't mention the IP address, however.

I can see that you're apparently posting news via NNTP from this address:

 > NNTP-Posting-Host: ool-4357014f.dyn.optonline.net

optonline.net has more than a few IP addresses that are spewing emails, 
very likely as zombied PCs infected with trojans.

Perhaps your request to spamcop has no relation to optonline.net.

In any case, you may be interested to see more about a typical IP

My own ISP has its fair share of zombied PCs, and I've had to deal with 
"collateral" damage occasionally, although not directly related to 
spamcop. Spamfighting is a veritable war; war is hell.
