Interesting.  A little registry wizardry and you might be able to add
that to the rightclick options, including copying it to the clipboard,
ready for pasting into spamcop.  Or heck, it could even form and send
an email since locally running scripts are virtually unlimited in what
they can do.

The key is under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
and you can call any local .htm file with embedded scripting like
the example on http://www.jfitz.com/tips/search.htm

If I get some time, I'll give it a whack.  Just because it seems like
an interesting experiment.
