That item looks more like a mailing list item than a typical spam.  It
is straightup, it claims to have the IP which subscribed it.

If you didn't sign up to receive it somehow, then possibly it is a bogus
signup by someone for your address which was handled improperly by the
mailing list if they didn't confirm before they started advertising.

Sometimes it is better to be removed from such a list than the
alternatives.
