Numerous Forum FAQ items that talk to various uses and
implementation of various filtering options available on a
SpamCop e-mail account exist.  Both of your examples
seem to miss the mark a bit, but then, those FAQ entries
were developed by folks that do have and use their
SpamCop e-mail accounts ...
