Just a thought;

You can do this yourself by doing a bcc to another account of everything 
  sent to spamcop via whatever means you are using. Or just have your 
system increment a counter for every outgoing spamcop report that would 
give you some idea of how many pending reports you have. Reset the count 
after you are done reporting stuff.
