That shows up when the system attempts to send mail -- a response to spam
submissions for example -- to the email address you registered with the
system. It might be a transient failure -- click the link to re-enable the
account and see if it happens again. If it doesn't happen again it was
transient and you can ignore it. If it continues to happen then there is
some reason why SC cannot successfully send mail to that address and then
you can write to service <at> admin.spamcop.net and include your registered
SC email address and Don will work with you on getting the issue resolved.
