There is a laundry list of things that can go wrong.  There can be a
problem on SC's end in which it is just slow or delayed, there can be a
problem on SC's end in which it is actually broken, there can be a
problem with your address that SC mails to, and there can be a problem
in your getting SC mail from your provider.
