[SC-Help] Help! My spamcop.net account no longer exists

My spamcop email account is not working anymore. When I attempt to send mail
to it, I get the following message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     jblanton at spamcop.net

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 10): 550 sorry, no such user here (#5.7.1)

When I attempt to log on to it on the website, it says the account no longer
exists. Can someone please help me with this? This is my primary email
account. If it's billing related, I'll be happy to take care of it - I never
got any renewal notification or notification of any kind at all that there
was any problem with my account before it went dark. The last mail I got
from it was around 9/7.
