Delisting shouldn't be your goal. Your goal should be to stop the
behavior of the server which is causing the problem of hitting spamcop
reporters and spamcop spamtraps.

When you follow that link you get to a page you should read and you also
get links to more pages you should read. I'll post some of that here in
case you didn't follow the links or do the reading yet.

Good that you can no longer delist. Good that you can no longer send
mail. Now maybe you will do what you are supposed to do, which is not
delist but to stop the abusive behavior.

Who will figure out who is right and who is wrong?

  62.189.137.201 listed in bl.spamcop.net (127.0.0.2)
System has sent mail to SpamCop spam traps in the past week (
It appears this listing is caused by misdirected bounces. We have a
FAQ which covers this topic:
http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/329.html#bounces Why
auto-responses are bad (Misdirected bounces). Please read this FAQ and
heed the advice contained in it.
System administrator has already delisted this system once
Because of the above problems, express-delisting is not available
In the past 3.7 days, it has been listed 3 times for a total of 25
hours

You and groupwise and Trend need to get straightened out all together

There is only one important thing. Fix the problem. It isn't important
who reported, because spamtraps alone are enough to get you listed. It
isn't 'worthwhile' to delist. Delisting will occur automatically when
the problem is fixed.

You've got your priorities all mixed up.
