If that is your preference, by all means whitelist it.

SpamCop is _not_ in the whitelisting business, since whitelisting says
"no matter how much spam comes from this source, all mail coming from
this source is critical to me".  SpamCop cannot possibly know your
business requirements regarding what is critical, and certainly they
would not match mine (since I get no real mail from Gmail).
