Ok I found the problem and solution.

In Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 it appears that
the SpamCop cookie gets corrupted or
confused.  After this happens you simply
can't log back onto the reporting system.

All you get is  "No userid found"

Deleting the cookie and logging back in
again clears the problem.

If it happens more I'll do some further
research, but for now the delete and relogin
is good enough.
